Futsal Tourneys is made by Spaikz LLC. Last updated 21 October 2026.

The short version

There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Futsal Tourneys doesn't collect your name, email, location or contacts. Your saved events stay in your browser. To learn how the site is used, it counts which views and tools are opened, anonymously (see Anonymous usage counts), and you can turn that off at the foot of the page.

What stays on your device

Your saved events ("My season"), your light or dark choice and your last search stay in your browser's storage on this device. Clearing the site's data in your browser deletes them.

When you search near a ZIP code, the site downloads a public list of ZIP code centres and works out distances in your browser; the ZIP code you type isn't sent to us. If you tap "Use my location", your browser asks for permission, and the location is used in your browser only, to measure distances. It's never sent to us.

Calendar files (.ics) are made in your browser. A "Share list" link contains the IDs of the events you saved, so whoever opens it sees the same list; it doesn't contain anything about you.

What the site loads from other services

To work, the site loads files from a few public services, which receive your device's IP address and normal web request information, like any website: the site itself from Google Firebase Hosting, fonts from Google Fonts, the map software from cdnjs (Cloudflare), and map images from OpenFreeMap, which also learns which part of the map is being viewed. Nothing about you is sent with these requests.

Buttons such as Register, Directions, Hotels nearby and Google Calendar open other websites (the organizer's registration page, Google Maps, Google Calendar). Those sites' own privacy policies apply there.

Anonymous usage counts

To see which parts of the site are used and fix what isn't working, the site counts how it's used and sends those counts to our own Google Cloud Firestore database. It's not Google Analytics or any other analytics company, and nothing is used for advertising or shared with anyone.

What's sent: which views are opened (the list, calendar, pathways or saved events) and for how long, which kinds of filters are used (for example "an age group" or "a ZIP code search", never the ZIP code or place itself), which organization's events are opened, whether an event was saved, shared, added to a calendar or its registration page opened, and the text of any site error. With them go: a random number the site makes on your first visit (it isn't linked to you, your device or anything else, and we can't tell who it belongs to), the browser's language and time zone, the operating system, and whether it's a phone, tablet or computer.

What's never sent: your name or email, the ZIP code, place or location you search, anything you type, your saved events, contacts, advertising ID or device model. We don't keep IP addresses with the counts.

We add the counts up by day. The raw counts are deleted after 60 days; only the daily totals are kept.

To turn it off, use the "Anonymous usage counts" switch at the foot of the page. The site then deletes its random number and anything not yet sent. A browser's Global Privacy Control signal turns it off too.

Clubs and teams

The Clubs pages and the "Who's registered" lists show futsal clubs and team counts taken from the public registration lists and standings of the tournaments and leagues we track (mostly on HTG Sports). We show a club's name, the city its teams registered from, the age groups and genders it enters, and its win-loss-goal results at those events. We do not collect or show players' names, ages or photos, coaches' or managers' names, or anyone's phone number or email address. Some registration pages include coach and manager contact details; we don't read or keep them. A club that wants its page corrected or removed can email support@spaikz.com.

Signing in, alerts and Premium (optional)

You never need an account to search. If you sign in with Google or Apple to get alerts or Premium, we receive your sign-in ID and email address (Apple may give a private relay address) and store them with what you choose to save: the clubs you follow, your saved events, your alert searches (a place rounded to about a kilometre, a radius, ages, genders) and your reminder and digest switches. We use them only to show your list on your devices and to email the alerts you turned on, sent through Resend. Only you can read your saved document. Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe, which receive your sign-in ID and payment details; we never see your card. You can delete your account and saved alerts at any time from the account panel, or email support@spaikz.com.

Emails

If you email support@spaikz.com (for example to list a tournament or report a problem), we receive your email address and what you write, and use them only to reply and fix the listing.

What we don't do

• No ads, no advertising trackers and no analytics company.
• We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
• No account is needed to use the site; if you make one, you can delete it any time.

Children

Futsal Tourneys is made for families and coaches looking for youth and adult futsal events. Accounts are for adults (parents and coaches), and the site doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children.
